I just purchased my IXpand from Best Buy about a month ago. I used it to back up hundreds of photos I had in my iPhone to clear up space and I was using it on a device that transfers VHS tapes onto digital format.
This happened today; I used it this morning to move some files over and then I used it to transfer videos onto it and it was working fine for about 30mins until the device notified me that the USB wasn’t detected anymore. I tried it in my lap top, undetected… I tried it on my iPhone with the app… undetected, no response.
I have over two years of photos and videos on this flash drive and for it to stop working in little over a month is unacceptable. What causes this? Is there a solution to fix it or at the very least recover my photos and videos?
