Is there a fix for a 4gb Fuze that has a frozen dial? I can’t move my dial and get to different functions, files, or adjust my volume. Any help would be appreciated.
Is it physically stuck, or does it move but nothing happens? Did anything like soda, etc. get spilled on it and maybe it’s gumming up the works? Depending on the situation and/or cause, it may be covered under warranty.
