my computer says that i have no music on my sansa but i do sansa said that its full so i go to delete some old songs and none of my music was on there but it showed my vioce recordings and videos. The computer doesnt show any of my music not a one.
Can you see and play any of your songs on the Clip itself (not connected to the computer)?
If you can, can you delete an unwanted song directly on the Clip? I know this is not the best way to do it, but try it for troubleshooting purposes.
If you can play songs on your Clip, are you sure you’re looking in the Music subfolder under the Clip folder in My Computer?
If you can’t see any of your songs on the Clip itself, are you sure that your voice recordings don’t take up the entire capacity of the Clip?
I don’t understand your reference to videos. The Clip does not support video files. Could you be talking about a different player other than the Sansa Clip? If so, you might try reposting in the forum for your model player.
