My computer isn't recognizing My Passport Essential SE USB 3.0 1 TB

hello , from 3 months i bought a My Passport Essential SE USB 3.0 1 TB external HDD , it worked fine but yesterday it fell on the floor , 2day whey i plugged the drive in my PC  , first i opened it and found it empty and the PC treated is as a locked drive , no reading nor writing and displayed it as a 0 bytes capacity drive , also it didn’t appear in the disk management nor in the partition magic , despite in the device manager it appears that the WD SES device is installed , i rebooted and then i found that this time My computer didn’t even show the drive 

so plz help me guyz

note1 : the HD is flashing 

note 2:  the WD SES device is installed and recognized by the device manager 

note3 : i tried all the USB ports , and they gave me the same result

If the drive fell in the floor, may have phisycal damage inside that’s why is giving you too many errors.-

note 4 : the USB reads the device , but my computer don’t consider it as a driver
