My Clip won't work

Um hi well could you help me? I bought my sansa 2GB clip mp3 player the beginning of this year but i won’t work any more. It’ll charge but it won’t come on. So I read on one of these forum and tried to format it. It was clear but still won’t work and now when it’s charging it’ll freeze and it won’t show up on My Computer.

 Please help!!!

Have you tried performing a reset, or calling SanDisk Tech Supoort?
