Hi All I have “My Book Essential” external hard drive that was working but is full so I started going through it and dumping pictures and documents that I no longer require . I shut down the Dell laptop that it is attached when it turned it back on it can’t find the drive where to from here?

You can try these steps:
- Shutdown the computer
- Unplug the drive from the computer
- Restart the computer and plug the drive back.
