I’m unable to open my files. The error message says “… user does not have access privileges”. I had access until I switched identities on my computer. Now, no access even going back to old identity. I’m able to gain access on individual files via Properties → Security, but not to folders. I have thousands of files, so it’s not feasible to work with individual files.
Most of the times, the error message “Access is Denied” or “You Don’t Currently Have Permission to Access This Folder” issue indicates that there is some problem with the hard drive, which has made the hard drive inaccessible.
