I did everything on the internet that claimed to solve this error. But nothing worked. I had two solutions that I didn’t try. One said to destructive write test, I don’t know how to try that. The second solution told me to format the drive in a Linux environment. But I don’t have Linux, so didn’t do that. Is there something else I can try? If not then maybe I’ll try downloading VMware or something to try linux solution.
It might be easier and quicker to simply return it to SanDisk for a replacement.
i bought it years ago. Its not under warranty anymore
At only 6 bucks now, why bother with it?
