Music that comes with new device

Hi,

I formated my Sansa Express and the original music that comes with the device went lost. I would be very greatfull if somebody can send me those pieces. Or there is a way to download them from sandisk site?

Please post the name of the originally loaded songs. I am actually interested in an instrumental piece which, as I remember, has an abrup end.

I wish I could help, but I’m in the same boat.  The “Format” menu under “Settings” wasn’t listed in the pdf user guide so I had no idea what it would do or that it would delete all my songs (in the player and on the microSD card).  Anyway, I want to download those preloaded songs as well.  I’ve searched here and outside these forums and didn’t find anything regarding the songs besides this thread, so if anyone out there can help, we’d truly appreciate it!

Call Sandisk and ask if they will send the songs to you.

 

I no longer have the songs, I formatted the player shortly after receiving it.

Yes, I wrote Sandisk and asked for the songs or at least for the titles, but they instead advised me to buy their recovery tool!

What a decent Sandisk support!

 I must change my previous statement since Peter from Sansa support team has sent me the following message:"We can probably find the songs and send them to you on a CD".

A big thank you from me too! I think the song I was looking for is Have Fun, but I can’t be sure. It was instrumental and pretty long.
