I have 2 Clips. Both are in mono only mode. I would think it was the headphones, but I’ve tried 3 sets. I’d think one of them was broken, but both were in stereo recently, and I don’t see how both could go out simultaneously. Please help.
This may sound like a stupid question, but are you sure the headphones are fully inserted? The headphone jack can be pretty tight (especially when the player is new), and it may only seem that the plug is all the way in. Give it a little extra push and see how it sounds then.
Also, is the problem with all audio, or just the FM radio? The radio can be set to either stereo or mono. It may have accidentally been changed.
