i have put a 2gb micro sd card in my sansa e260 (4gb model) the sd card isn’t showing on the computer it just shows the player and 4gb memory. Any ideas on what to do?
Are you connecting the player in MSC mode?

According to sandisk the e260 v1 you cant force start in msc mode but it dos’nt give any alternative

That’s correct, but is your player operating normally except for the ‘not recognizing the SD card’ problem? If so, you can switch to MSC in Settings > USB Mode on the player itself.
