Memory Zone won’t start

I wanted to start using the Memory Zone program after PrivateAccess support was discontinued. After installation, the program won’t start. A window with the SanDisk logo and a window with the program update appear (see the attached image). Then, after about 1 second, everything disappears and the program won’t start. I tried versions 2.1.9 and 2.3.1. I also tried Windows 11 Pro (25H2) safe mode and it didn’t help. Thanks for any advice.

@michal3 What is the make, model of computer hardware? Intel or ARM processor?

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, MB B550 GB Aorus Elite V2

Any software Security, Anti-Virus, Malware, End Point Protection, Firewall, or Browser Security installed that could be blocking? If yes, check them and make sure Memory Zone is allowed and not blocked.

I turned off antivirus+firewall (ESET) + checked if other Windows protection is activated and everything should be turned off. I also tried Windows11 safe mode and still the same problem. The program does not start, or rather the SANDISK logo only flashes..

I would recommend contacting support and providing the Windows System Information and Event Logs.

Thanks for your willingness. I wanted to use it instead of PrivateAccess, which actually worked quite well, especially for locking some personal files. I don’t understand why things that work are being removed.. I’ll probably use bitlocker or VeraCrypt. Anyway, thanks
