i converted a video through the SMC earlier today, and when i went back and tried to convert another video, it wouldn’t work properly. the loading bars would just sit at 0% and then go right to the report saying that X number of files’ conversions were unfinished. i even tried to re-convert the same video i had before. same result.
does the program have something that makes it not work as well with windows7? because every time i try to use the converter it says it needs to change the color scheme back to basic.
