I have a sansa clip +. I’m in the main menu of music. That’s as far as I can get. I’ve read other solutions but nothing works.What am I supposed to do? Thanks for any help.
You’ll need to give more info on what you’ve tried to do. Such as, resetting it, removing the protective sticker on the screen, etc.
I have the same problem. Just got the clip and the only thing showing on the clip is “music”. I’ve pressed all the buttons and nothing changes. I loaded music. It plays, I just can’t see what is playing. Only the word “music” shows. I did a reset several times. I reformatted after the reset didn’t work. No change,

Peel the protective screen sticker off the face of the unit.
