I’m working on my grandson’s mp3 player. I’m trying to load a few songs I purchased from iTunes (since I have an iPod). The songs show up in MyComputer/Sansa when I open the device, but cannot get the player to see the songs or play them.  Any help out there?

You need to convert them to MP3.

When I look at the files from My Computer, they say they are mp3 files. How would I change them to another file?

there are tools that exist on the web that allow you to convert it from .mp4 to .mp3. I dont know of any personaly or off hand though.

you can NOT just rename the .mp4 to .mp3, it doesnt work that way.
