I PURCHASED THIS ON-LINE. THERE IS NO USER MANUAL ON THE PRODUCT AND NO HARD COPY. I HAVE UNSUCCESSFULLY TRIED TO FILL OUT AN EMAIL REQUEST WHICH FAILS BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW WHAT MY ‘RMA’ IS AND CAN’T FIND OUT WHERE TO LOCATE IT.
Can anyone advise me please.

The Elements is susposed to be a simmple plug and play with no software to install or update. There is no manual.
