Just bought an E260, took it out of the package and plugged it into the PC to charge. The Blue disc lit up, but then after the Sandisk logo appeared, it said “Key Locked, System Shutdown”. So I moved the switch to the unlocked position and I’m still getting the error. I searched the datatbase and did not find this issue that wasn’t resolved by moving the switch.
Is my player defective? If so, I can return it for another one…or is it simply something i’m not doing right?
