Recently bought iXpand 64g. iPhone5s is not recognizing it but working with my Macbook (OS: El-Capitan) . Green light appears when connected to iPhone . Currently updated my iPhone to iOS9public beta. Is this the issue? Shall I downgrade to iOS8.4 ?
I don’t think this is hardware issue. Could you please confirm?

The iXpand Application compatibility issue with iOS 9 beta version has already been reported to our developer team. SanDisk is working closely to resolve this and should be able to provide an updated version before the offical release.
