Installation of My Passport ultra on OS 10.5.8

Hi,

just bought a 1ta My passport ultra hard drive but I cannot manage to install it on my mac. I tried to install + TURBO but the installation cannot reach completion.

I cannot put any files in my hard drive.

When can I do?

I bought another WDHD in 2010, and it worked perfectly so far.

Hi, the Passport Ultra is formatted for Windows PC out of the box, you need to format it first to use it on you Mac. Check the link below for the steps.
