install win 10 problem

I have a Sadisk ultra2 ssd 240gb. I am trying to install win 10 to my laptop. The ssd is in the drive bay.

I get the install screen but when I get to the drive it says

“windows cannot be installed on drive 0 partition 1 setup does not support configuration of or installation to disks connected through a usb”

The drive is not connected  through usb it is in the laptop drive bay. How can I fix it.

I have just noticed that the drive that it says it can’t install to is the usb drive that has the win10 iso on it that I am installing from. The destination ssd is not showing.
