Hi all, my first time here. I have a SanDisk SecureAccess flash drive, V3.02, that is secured by password. I can get in but every file I open gives me the message:
The file [Directions to Friends House (1).doc] is invalid and cannot be opened or decrypted. It is either corrupt, been tampered with or belongs to another license.
Do you want to delete it from your vault?
I’ve tried updating the software but it says it’s up to date. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

"Hi @Nick1 , sorry to hear about your issue. The error suggests that the files might be corrupted or not properly decrypted. Since you’ve already updated SecureAccess, you can try repairing the vault. If that doesn’t work, copy the vault files to another location and use windows data recovery software to attempt recovering the files. Install the tool on a different system or drive to avoid overwriting data.
