I see only dropbox , not the drive

Hello, I see only dropbox in de WD backup window when i tried to make a backup. Can anybody help my how to find this ?

Please help us with the model number of the drive so that we can check the compatibility of the drive with WD Software.

I have the “WD Elements Desktop - 2TB .
When I click on it I see " 25A3 USB Device”

Hi Cees1,

Unfortunately, WD Element is not compatible with WD Backup software. You have to use Windows backup or Time Machine in case if you are using mac computer.
