I get an error about a missing dmBackup.dll error when trying to use Sandisk Cruzer

I cannot access any files on my Cruzer anymore and get an error about a missing dmBackup.dll file. Can anyone help?

Did you run runSanDiskSecureAccess_Win and got this error? When you plug the USB stick to the PC, does it show up under my computer?

I have also recently got the same message "Unable to Locate DLL - The dynamic link library dmbackup.dll could not be found in the specified path. " The flash drive is now set to read only.

When you run RunSanDiskSecureAccess-Win.exe, the dmBackup.dll file gets created in :My Vaults. Have you deleted any files off the drive?

Hi

I have te same problem i can not add or delete any file on the usb cruzer drive. and when i try to run runscandisksecureaccces-win.exe i get the error dmbackup.dll is missing. My computer has been formated a while back.

How can i solve this issue???

Return the flash drive for a replacement. There is no fix.
