Hi there i cant find the program that i first accessed to put a password in and it had all the info about what was in my drive…i have looked everywhere for it…i want to remove the need for a password. Please help!!

I can access the contents of my book after i put the password in… i just cant find the box where the settings etc are. I downloaded the link u sent but that didnt make it appear either…i am at a loss as to where to find it. I thought it should appear once unlocked.

In Smartware, go to settings, then drive settings. Click the security button and you can modify the security.
If you need help, you may want to contact support.
Do you even have SmartWare installed? If not then you will need to reinstall SmartWare to get rid of the password. Once it’s installed do what Toretto says.
