I am disappointed re not having Smartware included - it looked like it was on the comparison page. The manual also goes on about it. If you don’t have it i.e. don’t pay for it, do you use the standard features that come with a Windows PC for back up? I really thought I would be able to back up my Dropbox files to this drive.
