How Should I Set My Volume and EQ When Imputing to External Speakers, etc??

Is there a best way to set my m250 volume when I’m imputing
to my car stereo or external speaker system? Should I have
it set at full volume? How does this affect the signal that is
being imput?

Also what about the Equalizer setting on the m250 when inputing?
Should I have it set on Custom and have the slide bars flat?
My car stereo has a good Equalizer. My Altec iM7 speakers
only have Bass and Treble contols.

as long as the full volume doesnt blow your speakers, youll probably be safe. This is a prefrence thing.

Im not entirely sure to eb honost, I dont nreally use the custom EQ’s. I would jsut use the car one to eb honost though.

Yea, that’s what I’m thinking. Just use the car EQ and set the
m250 on Custom with all bars on 0  flat.

How about with my Altec im7 speakers? They have bass
and treble but no EQ. I wonder if leaving the EQ on m250
flat loses something in this case?

When m250 Custom EQ is set to Flat on m250 there
is a significant gain in volume. I still wonder if this was
a feature built in for Aux Input?
