How does one write an email to tech support?

For me any support links lead to and that has always been offline since I got my fuze+ a month ago.

I have especially checked with open dns, but it doesn’t seem to be a dns issue. That server is just down…

I can’t make contact with Neither from internet explorer. If for you this server is reachable, I will do some further research where the problem is located.

server works no problem for me. this might help in the future if you think a site is down
