I am trying to back-up my pictures onto the My Passport. It only worked the first time I plugged it in. Now, the WD Smartware only allows me to use the Home and Settings tab. It will not let me use the back-up or retrieve tabs. My already saved pictures come up in Finder. Please help. I am about to go buy another brand if I cannot solve this. This is the second WD Passport I have bought and none of them will let me backup files more than one time, which is ridiculous. Any help to solve this issue is greatly appreciated.
