I have a new problem i connect my sansa e260v2 to my pc and it shows me a message: not recognised usb or something like this… is this a problem of my computer or it’s of my sansa? How can I solve it ? Thank you
Try switching to MSC mode in SETTINGS > USB MODE & see if it will connect that way.
Ot it could be a problem with your USB port on your computer. Try a different one. If it works, then you should be able to ‘fix’ the broken one in Device Manager.
