ok so I got this sansa thing and well the computer wont recognize it 0.0 this really isnt doing me well cause one of the sansas i bought are a christmas gift for a friend please if anyone has any advice or a phone number i could call for help with this issue i would greatly appreiciate it…
What operating system are you using?
How does the device show up in Device Manager?
Is there a specific error message?
What version of Windows Media Player are you using?
Have you tried different USB ports or even a different computer if available?
