Help: backup mapped network drive in SmartWare backup?

I have a My Book Essential USB 3.0 and I’m trying to include a couple of mapped network drives from another computer in my backup, but the software doesn’t recognize my mapped drives even though I have full control of them. Is there something I can do to back up these mapped drives from my computer?

I thought you were trying backup network drives to My Book Essiential with Smartware. Which drive do you have?  Your link is for My Book Live.
