In order to resolve the issue please follow the link below to format your drive in FAT32 file system with help of PC:-

NOTE: Formatting erases all the data saved in the drive.

Formatting the drive does answer Alimujtaba’s question. And formatting if done should be to exFAT format not FAT to handle large files.
