Fuze V2 - less capacity, not as loud as V1?

I just received a new Fuze from warrenty because my old one was broken. My old one was a Fuze V1, the new one is a Fuze V2.

I nevered pumped up the V1’s volume to the max, but in V2 I do pretty often - is the output volume of V1 louder then the one of V2?

It also feels like the capacity of the battery is significantly less.

I know the “normal” setting was ajusted, I always use “high” ever since. Its quite funny, they force a new limit resulting in more people disabling this limit…

nevertheless this doenst explain my issues - but thank you for your reply

Hello! I’m a super newbie, so if I’ve put this in the wrong place, please tell me. I just bought a Fuze on ebay. It is an 8gB NoS (= new old stock) for $50.00 including shipping. My firmware is 2.03.33. How do I know if this is a V1 or a V2? Thanks!! Seoul

Your firmware version begins with an 02 , making it a rev 2   device.

2.03.33 is the latest firmware build, so you’re good to go!  That was a great price too.
