Fuze Cuts Off Beginning Of Songs & Mixing Issue

Has anybody had problems with their FUZE cutting off the beginning of songs? Also, I notice in the shuffle sequence, the FUZE repeats some songs over again. This is after putting 1,500 songs on the player.
