HDD tests as Perfect. Disk Management says-- Disk 1 Unknown. Not initialized.-- When i try to initialize it says— Data Error ( cyclic redundancy check).-- I dont need to save the data, I just want a clean HDD, but I cant initialize or format it.

No good. I am informed that it is an OEM and WD do not warranty them.
