Unable to update the latest firmware via mobile or computer

downloaded and then failed while updating.
U can try to create a folder on your MPW “update” and put the firmware file in update folder. Now reboot or power on your MPW, let it sit there for 5-10 for it to do the update. You should see the LEDs blinking indicate the unit is updating the firmware.
