HI,
I have the version 4.1.0.4 of the WD firmware updater program. I am running Windows 10, latest version
When I open it to verify the firmware version of my 3 “My Book”, I get the following error.
"The application has encountered an unexpected error and is now exiting.
I deleted the version I had on my computer ans reinstalled the version 4.1.0.4.
What do you think the problem is?
Is there a new version of this software? I can’t find that information on the WD web site.
