I can’t access my Passport Ultra from any windows PC (7 or 10). It’s really very important for me. lots of data are in there… Please Help

Hi, have you tried changing USB cable and USB port? Have you tried a different computer?

I tried from different computer several time. But it does not working. Pls help me…
