hi every one. my passport has been working all the while until 2 months ago. it started showing as local disk E and won’t open. any help please as this is my office, my workshop, my lib, and all. when try to open it says drive needs to be formated. hhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllpppppppppppppp. less I die.

I recommend you try it on another computer and if you have the same issue then it means the partition is corrupted. It may be possible to still extract the data utilizing data recovery software. There are several kinds of Data Recovery software available. If you do a web search for Data Recovery it will yield plenty of data recovery software options
