Does 16GB Micro SD card work w/ 4GB Sansa Fuze?

I have a 4GB Sansa Fuze and a 8GB Micro SD. I was thinking of getting a 16GB Micro SD, but i just want to make sure if it will work?

Yes.

The Fuze will work with any capacity microSD or microSDHC card, including the as-yet-unavailable 32GB cards (but probably not microSDXC, the next generation of the format).

Beware of the 8,000 song limit though. Also beware that if your files are heavily nested in folders or you use very long folder and file names, you might not even make it to anywhere near 8,000 songs.

I am having problems with my 16G microSD card. PC recognizes full size, but the Fuze only recognizes 4G of it (through Windows Media Player).

Frimware is at  1.01.22a.

Forget WMP. What is the capacity listed in MSC mode under properties? And what does the player list as the available space in Settings > System Settings > Info?
