I have activated DLNA function and in a first moment every think work properly.
After a couple of movie watched i wasn’t be able to connect again, then I cheked on the dashboard and when I tried to disable, enable, scan or refresh the DLNA function, the system return me the error 400162 for which I didn’t found any solution
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
