deleted WinSxS and Stuck on Recovery Mode I had a Sandisk 32gb flash drive. What i'm I supposed to do?

I deleted WinSxS folder first to free up space and now I am stuck on the startup reboot after I did not know to get to the system restore.

Remove the flash drive, boot the machine, rebuild the flash drive work?
