Dashboard is missing admin features, hard reset not working

I’m logged in as admin to the dashboard but I see only Home and Media links (see picture). How do I get it to show the other admin tools like Wifi? I tried hard reset using both buttons for a 10 seconds but it doesn’t do anything (it keeps having the blue power LED on, nothing flashes).

I’m accessing through a Mac, but I don’t think it’s OS related. Firmware version says v1.00.14. Is there a way to update it not through the dashboard? Both WD Drive Utilities and WD Access for Mac don’t see the drive.

Try to provide as many details as possible with regards to the issue you are experiencing and what you have tried so far. I’d also recommend to notify the reset process does not seem to be operational. They may contact you if additional information is needed.
