No Wifi connection MyPassport

Hi,

I have a problem with a MY passport wireless for Mac.
The WIFI light is off. My computer is not able to create a connection.
I pressed both buttons for 10 seconds (5 times), but no reset was possible.

Can you help me out?

What firmware are you running on the unit?

Are you able to access the dashboard of the unit?

When you do the Factory reset you have to set the MPW up from the very beginning again. Get the instructions from the user manual to set up a MPW after resetting to the beginning.

i have the same issue with the wifi , but i’m not able to access the dashboard so i don’t know how to make a factory reset .

MyPasseport work well in USB but none of my computer/ipad/phone are able to see it in wifi.
