When I plug my c200 player into the computer with Windows Media Player running, the computer does not recognize it. I check My Computer and the player does not show up there either.
Is this the Sansa c200 thread?
I took the c200 to Best Buy and they tried two different cables and their computer could not identify the player either.

Sorry! I don’t even know what a “thread” is. This is my very first attempt to ask a forum …the first time in my life :( Please enlighten me. I will click on the link you included and see what happens.
Guess I’ll take the durn thing to Best Buy where I got it and see what happens.
