Current ver on my clip+ is 01.01.05A. Just recently thought to check on firmware upgrade and downloaded the auto downloader. Every time i plug my clip in it tells that there is a new version. It appears to download and update clip but when i unplug it, it says “refreshing your media” and old version still shows in info. Do i have to update to other firmware updates before this one will take and if so, where can i get them. thx
try the manual firmware update stickied at the top of this board.
The manual method is very easy to do, and avoids software always sitting around on your computer consuming computer resources.
