The Clip Jam shuts down randomly while listening to songs. Cannot get the music to resume. I have to wait a while and it will play again.
My Clip Jam has “choked” on a few audio file types.
Such as m4p, m4a and aac.
Maybe try playing only mp3 files.
What compression bit rate are you using?
AND, the Clip Jam will not play video files, like mp4.
Any update?
Notified company about the issue. I removed the particular song indicated by a specific number. Played the device at that spot, the device stopped as it did before on a different song but the same number.
What did they say?
