So disappointed that I can’t use SD card. It constantly refreshes media and then loses bookmark. It works fine without the SD card.
Have you opened a Support Case? If not opened, for more information, please contact the SD Technical Support team for best assistance and troubleshooting:
Try using the Windows Drive Check Tool (maybe there are errors in the File Action Table). OR, try a different micro SD card. See if that works?
AND, if that does not help, maybe use the player command to reformat the micro SD card. But this will erase all the data on the card !!!
