Clip+ downloads audiobook from WinMed but will not play book

Received a Clip+, 4GB. Downloaded a book from Audible.com into WinMed Library. Downloaded book from WinMed into Clip+. Book shows title in CLIP+ Audiobooks bit will not play. Any simple answers or ways to go about this. WOuld like to drop and drag if possible.

I don’t use Audible, but I think you need to use the Audible media manager to license your player to play the Audible book.  Have you visited Audible to see their instructions for transferring to the player?
