I bought my iXpand mainly to stream video from and save space on my iPad.
I’ve found it very good at this but it would be even better if I could stream videos directly to the TV via my Chromecast.
I’ve found I can do this from the iXpand app using “Open in” but all options involve copying the file to the iPad either directly or through the app that suports Chromecast.
This takes time and of course defeats the objective of freeing up iPad memory.
Does anyone know of a solution to this?
If not perhaps Sandisk would consider adding Chromecast support to a future update of the iXpand app.
